日本一级片-Johnstown

Veteran Students

The 日本一级片 at Johnstown's initiative in support of our veterans is a combination of positive efforts,听such as the MountainCat Veterans Program, the GI Bill庐, and a cooperative policy for active-duty students. Pitt-Johnstown is honored to be a six-time recipient of the Military Friendly Schools distinction.

Our veteran and active-duty military services include:

  • 罢丑别听MountainCat Veterans Program听(MVP) recognizes the service performed by United States military veterans, and assists them in making a successful transition into the student population. This program represents Pitt-Johnstown鈥檚 deep commitment to serving current and former members of the United States Armed Forces (Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard) who have served on active duty.
  • GI Bill庐 program听provides a range of benefits for veterans which are processed by the Pitt-Johnstown Registrar's Office.
  • 笔颈迟迟-闯辞丑苍蝉迟辞飞苍鈥檚听active-duty student policy听permits students who have orders mobilizing them to active military duty to drop all classes without regard to the date they are mobilized.
  • The 日本一级片 at Johnstown was named to the听Military Friendly Schools听list by Viqtory Media, for a seventh consecutive year. 罢丑别听Military Friendly Schools list is the premier media source for military personnel transitioning into civilian life.

Pitt-Johnstown is also home to听The Heroes Memorial, believed to be the only memorial of its kind on any college campus in the United States.听The memorial pays tribute to those who died on September 11, 2001, as well as the service men and women who have been killed in Afghanistan and Iraq.听At the center of the memorial is a 3,500-pound steel I-beam from the World Trade Center, which was attacked on September 11, 2001.

"We are deeply grateful for the service of our military veterans and are strongly committed to their success as they transition from their military careers to the classroom and beyond."
